Pre-order basic info
There will be a very limited number of arms in the first second production batch, so we’re releasing both arm versions as pre-orders. By placing an order and making a down payment of 20%, you claim your place in line and will also enjoy a 7.5% discount on your order.
When the arms are ready we’ll ship them in the order we receive your pre-orders, first order in, first shipment out, so be quick!
The first arms are estimated to start shipping in the first week of March 2025.
The pre-order lasts until the 12th of December at midnight CET or to when the second batch of arms run out.
How do I place a pre-order?
Send us an email at sales@flowcine.com and let us know you’re on board. We’d need to know:
- Which version of the arm you’d like, the Neo or the Neo Air.
- Your shipping address and phone number.
- If you’re in the EU, your VAT number.
The timestamp of your email will determine your place in line.
We will return a proper quote, including shipping, and we’ll invoice 20% of the order value. The rest will be invoiced just before delivery.
