Terms and conditions
We aim to provide the best possible service and products. However, please carefully review our terms and conditions. By purchasing a Flowcine product you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
Prices:
All published prices are subject to change without notice. Verbal quotations are provided for budgetary guidance only, written quotations are official. Written quotations expire after thirty calendar days from the date of quotation; unless withdrawn in writing.
Terms of payment:
- Method of payment – Payment can be made by bank wire transfer, Credit card or Paypal.
- Added credit card fees – A credit card fee may be added to orders paid with a credit card or Paypal. Any credit card fees are non-refundable.
- Standard payment terms – All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Flowcine has the right to refuse any order, even after accepting payment or partial payment. Flowcine will refund any such payment if Flowcine rejects the order.
- Pre-payment terms – In some cases we apply a pre-payment procedure, where we charge x% of the order total before the order is finalized and shipped. This method is usually used with new products, in the pre-order phase. The pre-payment can be refunded, minus any credit card fees, until the pre-order period is over. After the pre-order period is over, the order is final and the pre-payment can’t be refunded.
Limitation of liability:
In no event shall Flowcine or its resellers be liable to the buyer for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, or special damages, or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, loss of data or loss of profits (however caused and under any theory of liability), even if Flowcine or its resellers have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Flowcine or its resellers’ liability for a product (whether asserted as a tort claim, a contract claim or otherwise) exceed the amounts paid to Flowcine for such a product. Notwithstanding anything in this agreement, in no event shall Flowcine’s liability for all claims arising out of or relating to this agreement exceed the amounts paid by the buyer to Flowcine for the product in the last twelve months. In no event will Flowcine or its licensors be liable for the cost of procuring substitute goods by the buyer. In no event will Flowcine or its licensors be liable for damages arising out of any late delivery. The limitations set forth herein shall apply to all liabilities that may arise out of third-party claims against the buyer. These limitations shall apply notwithstanding any failure of the essential purpose of any limited remedy. The limitation set forth in this section shall apply where the damages arise out of or related to this agreement.
Indemnification:
Buyer shall indemnify, defend, and hold Flowcine and Flowcines employees, agents, other representatives and resellers harmless from all demands, claims, actions, causes of actions, proceedings, suits, assessments, losses, damages, liabilities, settlements, judgments, fines, penalties, interest, costs and expenses incurred (including fees and disbursements of legal counsel) of every kind based upon personal injury or death or injury to property to the extent any of the foregoing is proximately caused by Buyer’s misuse of the product or by the negligent or willful acts or omissions by the Buyer, or based on any breach of this agreement by Buyer.
Warranty:
Flowcine provides a limited warranty for its products against defects in materials and craftmanship for a period of two years from the original date of purchase.
The warranty is not granted if products are modified or altered in any way from their original shipping configuration, excluding modifications made solely by Flowcine themselves.
Two-year full coverage:
- During the warranty period, Flowcine will replace or repair any parts of the product that are found to be faulty or defective in materials or craftmanship at no charge. This includes replacement parts and labor required for repairs. The Buyer is responsible for any shipping costs and fees.
- Warranty claims can be made directly through Flowcine or an authorized Flowcine dealer or service center. Proof of purchase is required to verify the warranty status.
Exclusions:
- Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or improper handling of the product, including but not limited to exceeding the specified weight capacity, or failure to properly secure screws or shafts.
- Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations. Any modifications, repairs, or alterations performed by anyone other than Flowcine or an authorized Flowcine service provider.
- Use of the product outside of its intended purpose.
- Normal wear and tear and/or when exposed to elements without proper protection.
- Accidents or incidents beyond Flowcine’s control (e.g., natural disasters, electrical surges, fires, theft, mishandling by crew etc.).
Flowcine will not be liable for any property damage, lost time, or other losses resulting from the failure of any product or equipment or from delays in service or the inability to render service.
Post-Warranty Repair and Replacement Services:
- After the warranty period expires, Flowcine offers repair and replacement services at the buyer’s expense. We understand the importance of keeping your equipment in peak condition, so we provide affordable repair and parts replacement solutions beyond the initial warranty coverage.
Warranty Claim Process:
To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Contact Flowcine’s customer support at support@flowcine.com. You may also reach out to your authorized reseller.
- Provide proof of purchase, details of the issue, and any relevant photos or videos to support your claim.
- If the claim is approved, Flowcine will provide further instructions on how to send in the product for repair or replacement.
Returns:
Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, unused, and include all accessories and documentation.
- Products purchased through a pre-order procedure can not be refunded.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@flowcine.com with your order details.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to send the product back to us.
Customer Responsibility for Shipping Costs:
- The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, including packaging and any associated fees. We do not cover or reimburse shipping charges.
- We offer to manage the returns shipping at the buyer’s expense. If the buyer chooses to ship on their own accord, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. The shipment must be delivered at the door at Flowcine, we will not collect shipments from any pickup points. Flowcine is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Inspection and Refund:
- Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the product is approved for return, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
- Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
